Katie, John, Chris and I walked from the Tower of London to the city of Limehouse last Tuesday. Here are some pictures from the walk.

This strange marquis was nextdoor to a church over 300 years old. Across the street was a rain saturated little park with about three dozen tombstones leaning against the wall. The oldest one I saw was from 1709. Only two headstones were as you would expect them, marking some burial. My guess is the place may have been disturbed by the air raids of the 40's

Katie, me and John on the London Bridge. People give me weird looks, would you?

Here's a dolphin and a naked female trying to have some fun by the bridge.

A sundial on a sunless day? London Bridge is beautiful, you can't see how colorful it is until you get closer. Magnificent blues, reds and whites. At the very top of each tower is a huge gold and elaborate topper.

Me standing atop the Tower Hill tube station observaton deck. We think one of those precipeces is the Tower of London! We decided not to tour the castle that day.
