Wowow, that's amazing. The graph is from a paper I was reading today about water usage. I had no idea the meat industry involved that much water. It's apparent emissions from feeding, slaughtering and transporting livestock, to its use of water...I suspect or hope the US is more efficient with raising its livestock, but there is probably a similar trend. Makes want to seriously start thinking from a veggie perspective. Maybe I can go a week as a veggie and see?
