Flips

Got new number pad locks on all the apartment doors. They're snazzy, but you cannot opportunistically pull up(?) on the handle, only gloomily down(¿).

Christine told me she goes to New Orleans twice a year and that her UofI school group is going again August 7th-15th. Housing and food is free, and gas split amongst the 10 strong group equates to about $80 apiece. Bashing in moldy furniture with sledge hammers sounds fun to me, and if all private parties and investors agree, I may go. In that case, I will be excited. I enjoy going to new places, and goal-oriented working.

Saw two bucks and a doe bounding about the LTER plots today. They can certainly soar. Then, I came home and saw a young deer outsoared by one who really knows how to fly...

RENT WATCH: $1687.50 is due in 26 days, and if my underestimated math serves me correctly, I should end up with 1,800 in time to pay it.
