bloggin

I found some blogs today that are really fun to read. Liverputty reviews a strange mix of the strange; landscape art, world films and sci-fi. Suburban Bliss is a personal blog from an under confident and complainy middle-aged writer with the comic edge of an athiest. It kind of reminds me of that Momcolumn in Noise, only less helpful, and bitter.

I found them after getting side-tracked on a hunt for the elusive Expulsion--Moon and Firelight by Thomas Cole. Quite a quest, eh?

Last week Zach and I saw Pluck! And, today I helped clean a river with a guy named Andy. This guy Andy is underage, but thinks and acts like he's 40 and has unenthusiastic kids which he is about to take on a road trip. Also, he's a numbskull.

I was going to join the FW club for a little BBQ, but I might just read Watchmen.

Finally, Hot Fuzz was a pure joy. I am completely entertained with the work of Simon Pegg.

All of the recent trailers kind of ruin the surprise. But, everyone should still see it.
