The Weekend

Ah yes,

I worked at the Michigan Energy Fair up between the second and third pinky knuckle in Onekama this weekend. And once again, my thunder tube proved to be of significant matter to the gods, for it rained and not once stopped all day Sunday. It's unfortunate because the precip started early in the morning and the four of us had all fallen asleep outside watching the stars (they were moving).

Highlights

• Camping for the first time in 3 years.
• Announcement of Aris and Kyra's marriage (merriment) while relaxing on the beach.
• Talking to people "off the grid."
• Resume material.
• Seeing older guys with long hair and healthy wives driving stickshifts.
• Flirting with the healthy looking Hybrid-Electric bus driver who had stripping eyes that tore me of my conscience and of my clothes.
• A sweet free t-shirt for our service (to cover my bare chest)!
