I saw Molly Jean at the caf tonight and ended up having dinner with her; cool cat. Thank god she is fluent at conversation, because I don't think I was coherent, well-versed, or interesting! Then, the Nathaniel came over and offered me a job (through his magnificent hair) at this Scout Camp he works at over the summer in Ohio. I can't decide if it could be one of those life-changing opportunities I hear so much about or a miserable summer remembering Boy Scout tricks. But, Nathaniel and I both got some flyers for Molly's concert on Dec. 14 and we're hanging them up for her, and I told Nathaniel I would consider his extension of kindness (which I really am). The distance would prevent a lot interaction with Elodea, but could possibly serve as some enriching experience in a natural, fragrant, outdoor setting. Why did Chapman do it? Lennon was working to save the world and rock out!
